  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (I prefer Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and ranch dressing. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth it out into an even layer.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with tortilla chips or celery sticks.

And that’s it! This recipe is so easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. The cream cheese and ranch dressing help to cool down the spiciness of the hot sauce, creating a perfect balance of flavors. I also love that you can adjust the spice level to your liking by adding more or less hot sauce.

So next time you’re looking for a delicious and easy party appetizer, give this Buffalo Chicken Dip a try. Your guests will thank you!
