Classic Cheesecake Recipe: Rich and Creamy

  10. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 30 minutes.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Once it’s cool, refrigerate it for at least 4 hours before serving.
