Homemade Banana Bread Recipe: Moist and Delicious

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas with a fork in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Add the baking soda and salt. Stir.
  5. Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  6. Add the flour and mix until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased 4×8 inch loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the banana bread cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before removing it and slicing.
