Beef Stroganoff: A Hearty Russian Classic

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. of beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. of butter
  • 1 cup of beef broth
  • 1 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. of Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Egg noodles or rice for serving

Instructions:
